Functional Capacity Assessments
FCAs benefit physicians, employers, insurers, and anyone who is put in a position of deciding whether an injured person is ready to go back to work. FCAs are job-specific, thorough, and objective evaluations that test whether a person can safely perform duties with regard to strength, endurance, and mobility.
