Meghan K. McEvitt, PT, MBA
Meghan K. McEvitt, PT, MBA graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1997. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Healthcare Management from University of Hartford. She has worked in a variety of settings including: inpatient/outpatient acute care, inpatient/outpatient sub-acute, and outpatient orthopedics. She has extensive background in non/post-operative conditions, work-related and sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, geriatric related disorders, and patients with neurological conditions with balance dysfunctions, poor motor control, and gait deviations. Meghan also has training in Functional Capacity Assessments; Mulligan mobilizations; the McKenzie technique; Graston Technique; Kinesiotaping; and Vestibular rehabilitation. [more]
Kevin E. Sadowski, DC, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, DAAMLP, Cert. MDT
Dr. Sadowski went into private practice in ‘99 after graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Sadowski also holds bachelor’s degrees in human biology and nursing. He also holds a master's degree in nursing and a doctorate of chiropractic. He is a certified family nurse practitioner who can deliver medical treatments and prescribe medications in addition to delivering chiropractic care to his patients. He is certified in the use of the AMA Guidelines of Impairment, 5th ed. and has advanced certification from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in Whiplash Traumatology. Dr. Sadowski specializes in treating patients with non and post-operative spinal conditions, work, sports and auto-related injuries, and chronic pain using various manual therapy techniques, spinal manipulation and rehabilitative techniques. Dr. Sadowski is certified in using Graston Technique® and Dry Needling. He is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® through the McKenzie International Group; a certification held by only a few hundred chiropractors in the world. Dr. Sadowski is also an active member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Chiropractic Association, CT Chiropractic Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, CT Society of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals. Dr. Sadowski is obtaining certification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and is furthering his training in Regenerative Medicine using Ultrasound Guidance. [more]
Jennifer L. Meier, MPT, CLT, CKTP, Cert MDT
Jennifer L. Meier, MPT, CLT, Cert MDT became licensed in Physical Therapy in ‘96. She holds a B.S. from University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University. Among her work experiences are: providing therapy at a multispecialty group that offers orthopedics, physiatry and chiropractic; treating athletes of all ages, including minor league athletes; and treating patients with orthopedic conditions, motor vehicle accident and work-related injuries, pre/post-operative conditions, pain, lymphedema, and breast cancer related impairments. Jen completed specialized training, to help breast cancer patients, in scar management, shoulder/neck pain, and post-op reconstruction. Jen is a certified practitioner in lymphedema, Graston, Kinesio Taping, dry needling, McKenzie Method, Applied Functional Science, and functional capacity evaluations. She is also trained in Mulligan mobilizations and Muscle Energy Techniques. [more]
Katherine Myers, DPT
Katie B. Myers, DPT, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College, Buffalo, NY and became licensed in Physical Therapy in 2012. She received her Bachelor’s in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. Katie has worked in outpatient orthopedics treating patients with orthopedic injuries, work related and sports injuries, post- operative conditions, and chronic pain. In addition, she has worked in various therapeutic settings, which includes: assisting students in accessing their educational environment, encouraging balance and righting strategies, and improved functional mobility for activities of daily living for students at the public school system. Katie has earned a certification in Dry Needling. Katie is currently studying and pursuing certification in the Graston Technique, the McKenzie Method, and Mulligan Concepts. She is also completing her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification.
Jennifer V. Cavanaugh, PTA
Jennifer V. Cavanaugh, PTA earned an Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant at Springfield Technical Community College and became licensed in ‘95. She has worked in a variety of settings nationwide, including the Johnson Memorial Health Network outpatient physical therapy dept., treating patients with non/post-operative conditions, work-related and sports injuries, orthopedic injuries and chronic pain using modalities such as manual therapy, stretching/strengthening exercises, aquatic therapy. Jennifer completed specialized training in manual lymphatic drainage for treating lymphedema after breast cancer treatment. She is also trained in these manual techniques: Mulligan mobilizations, Cyriax and McKenzie approaches. Jennifer is certified in Graston Technique®, and is experienced in vestibular rehabilitation. Carla A. Fleck, PTA, CKTP
Carla graduated with from Lasell College in Newton, MA, with her Associates Degree in Science and became a licensed physical therapy assistant in 1999. Since then, Carla has spent time working in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics and inpatient subacute care. She has an extensive background in treating patients with; sports injuries, motor vehicle injuries, work related injuries, orthopedic conditions, post-operative needs, and chronic pain. She has also spent time working closely with individuals with complex medical backgrounds and neurological conditions involving motor deficits, balance problems, and gait deviations. Carla has specialized training in manual techniques including the Mulligan Concepts, Graston Technique, and Kinesiotaping, along with advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and the McKenzie Method. She is also certified in Gary Gray’s Applied Functional Science. Carla is currently engaged in schooling to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science through Southern New Hampshire University with the focus on pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. [more]
